(1) Vendor needs to provide executive search firm services to the government authority located in New Jersey.– Assist in developing the selection process and calendar.– Support and assist in the development and advertisement of the position announcement, including the distribution of the position announcement/information to prospective candidates.– Work with the Search Committee and the Board of Trustees in defining screening and interviewing procedures and criteria.– Assist the Office of Human Resources and the Search Committee with all due diligence including in–depth reference checks of finalist candidates.– Conduct an aggressive national outreach and recruitment of interested individuals having superior qualifications and meeting all requirements as set forth in the position profile and description.– Develop evaluation criteria and interview tools; screen and assess applicants; prepare candidate summaries; and recommend the most qualified candidates for consideration by the Search Committee and Board of Trustees.
