(1) Vendor needs to provide digital sign supplies.– Qualified and experienced firms to remove and replace LED panel display (digital display sign) that meets or exceeds the performance of the current.– Removal of old panels (old panels and controllers will remain), components, and cabinets.– Installation and setup of the new signage plus any training on usage that may be needed.– Should fit existing power and dimensions with minimal overlap or border.– Pitch: 10mm (P10) minimum, 8mm (P8) ideal.– Brightness: 6,500 nits or higher (higher for sunny days–7,000:1 or better, ideal) auto brightness adjustment.– Contrast: 3,000:1 or higher (the higher the better, in general).(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 15, 2026.(3) Pre–bid meeting will be held on July 14, 2026.
