Addendum No. 1 has been released The Boston Housing Authority (BHA) invites all interested parties to submit proposals to provide Workers’ Compensation/Employer’s Liability insurance under the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts to all of its employees. Please note that proposals will only be accepted from independent insurance brokers or agents. No proposals will be accepted from insurance companies that only seek to provide coverage on a “direct writer” basis. Proposals will however, be accepted from such “direct writer” insurers if they are offered through an independent broker or agent. The coverage is to be effective November 1, 2026 to November 1, 2027 Addendum No. 1 has been released
