(1) Vendor needs to provide produce prescription program expansion services to the government authority located in Colorado.• Produce prescription programs across rural state by awarding contracts to qualified entities that can support local food banks and reduce the statewide burden of chronic disease.• The project focuses specifically on diet–related conditions, including prediabetes, diabetes, cancer, and cardiovascular disease• Health project is to establish the sustainable operational infrastructure required to scale produce prescription program interventions across rural• Strategically allocated to hire dedicated staff to manage and expand these regional produce prescription programs• Provide the vital resources needed to strengthen clinical partnerships, scale patient outreach, and enhance the capacity of community–based organizations to distribute fresh food.• Maximize long–term resource efficiency, the capital budget is strictly allocated toward cold storage and food preparation and delivery equipment and infrastructure; no grant funds will be used for direct food procurement.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than July 9, 2026.
