Dane County Courthouse Reheat Control Valves Replacement

Perform the Work as specified and detailed in Construction Documents package. Base bid is for contractor to furnish and replace all existing reheat control valves, fin tubes, and radiant panels on the 4 th through 8 th floors of the Dane County Courthouse by the expected completion date of December 20, 2024. Contractor to match existing CV per valve schedule, verify control signals, and match actuators to function with existing VAV controllers. Contractor will also be responsible for wiring these replacement valves into the courthouse’s existing HVAC system. After hours work could be accommodated to hit completion date if required. Include after-hours rates in bid. Please note in the bid form if base bid is not anticipated to be achievable by expected completion date.
