(1) Vendor needs to provide cloud–based integrated common use passenger processing and flight information display system replacement services.– Implement a fully cloud–based common use passenger processing system (CUPPS) with common use terminal equipment (CUTE) and integrated flight information display (FIDS), gate information display (GIDS), baggage information display (BIDS) and a gate management system (GMS) to support the airlines.– Provide airlines, ground handlers, and airport staff with a flexible, shared technology platform for passenger check–in, ticketing, boarding, and baggage processing.– Provide a modular, scalable system adaptable for future expansion and new airline integrations.– Cloud Deployment: All core system components shall operate in a secure, fully cloud–based environment with high availability, redundancy, and data backup.– System Management: Centralized administration portal for configuration, monitoring, and user management across all deployed systems.– Real–time data synchronization: Ensure that CUPPS, FIDS, BIDS and GIDS share consistent flight data from a single data source.– Automated software updates: Secure process for deploying patches, firmware, and application updates with rollback support.– Centralized Management Console: Unified interface for configuration, monitoring, and maintenance of all systems.– System must be able to provide digital curbside signage for airline identification.– Solution must be fully integrated with the CUPPS/FIDS solutions and must share the same data source.– System will alert when a gate conflict is created and is capable of reallocating gate assignments from one gate to another via drag and drop method.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than July 24, 2026.(3) A non mandatory pre–bid meeting will be held on July 20, 2026.(4) The contract period will be for five years.
