Description
The purpose of this solicitation is to solicit competitive proposals from qualified engineering firms to provide long-range facility planning; regulatory analysis and interpretation; asset management; project planning; detailed engineering design; preparation of bid documents; contractor evaluation and prequalification; data analysis and interpretation; modeling; expert testimony; process consulting; and construction management and inspection. The awarded Consultant shall furnish all personnel, supervision, management, labor, parts, tools, equipment, materials, and/or transportation/travel, and insurance necessary to perform these services.
