Request for Proposals for On-Call Professional Engineering Services (Engineer of Record)

The City of Sweet Home is soliciting proposals for firms to perform on-call professional engineering services (Engineer of Record) as an independent contractor to the City. The City, at its discretion, may award one contract or multiple contracts. The City may choose not to award any contracts and to re-solicit if necessary. Services may include supervising work produced by the City which is subject to ORS 672. Work shall be provided to City on an as-needed basis, as authorized by the City Manager or the Public Works Director. Proposers shall be licensed to practice engineering in the State of Oregon and be members in good standing with the Oregon State Board of Examiners for Engineering and Land Surveying (OSBEELS). The City will consider proposals from engineering firms as well as individual engineers.
