Description
The Southwest Ohio Regional Transit Authority ("SORTA") seeks a consultant, firm, organization or entity to provide all personnel and services necessary for recruitment and hire of the next Chief Executive Officer / General Manager (CEO/GM). The selected entity must have the capacity, experience and competency for a complete range of executive recruiting services for similar-sized transit agencies as well as the ability to implement an equitable and inclusive recruiting process. The selected entity must also be able to work and communicate regularly with the Board Chair and members of the Board of Trustees of SORTA throughout the process.
