MRB-55282 - USA (Maryland) - Media Placement Services for Cancer Awareness Advertising - Deadline July 9,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide media placement services for cancer awareness advertising.– Digital media plan development:– Using existing assets, the Contractor shall develop a digital media plan to promote awareness of screening and follow–up for lung, breast, prostate, and colorectal cancers.– The plan will include media type, timing, and projected reach or impressions.– The media plan should focus on achieving the greatest possible reach for Maryland adults at risk for lung, breast, prostate, and colorectal cancers.– Department will provide data analytics to the contractor to inform the final media plan.– Contractor shall work in conjunction with the department’s office of communications, and their ability to place media advertisements on the Meta, Next–door, LinkedIn, and Google platforms.– In the digital media plan, the contractor may suggest opportunities for earned media, such as news coverage, press releases, press conferences, and public service announcements.– Media placement:– Final determination of digital media buys and placement schedules will be made in coordination with the contract monitor.– Placement schedules shall be finalized with approval from the Contract Monitor at least two weeks prior to placement of any digital media.– Once approved, the Contractor shall place media messages in identified digital media channels.– Contractor shall ensure that all digital media is published according to any contracts or placement instructions.– Contractor shall provide proof of placement for all digital media placements on an ongoing basis.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 2, 2026.
