Purpose : 'Enter brief project description here This Request for Proposal (RFP), plus the resulting agreement, shall be consistent with, and governed by the Act, the Virginia Public Procurement Act (VPPA). Term of Contract : The original contract term shall be from date of award until December 31, 2024. The City reserves the right to cancel and terminate this Contract, without penalty, upon ten (10) days written notice to contractor.
