Facilities Exterior Painting

The Town of Mammoth Lakes will receive sealed Bid Proposals for the work shown on the plans entitled: Facilities Exterior Painting until 3:00 PM on May 24, 2024. This project includes exterior painting of fifteen (15) facilities within the Town of Mammoth Lakes and six (6) facilities in the Whitmore Recreation area. The work at each of these facilities is detailed in the Plans and includes exterior building painting, including all preparation work necessary to achieve the appropriate finish coating quality. The work includes full compliance with all applicable laws, rules and regulations. The work shall be completed within the time set forth in the Contract. The engineer's estimate for the project is $550,000.
