Exterior Painting of both the Central and South Wastewater Facilities

The City of Fort Myers (City) requests submittals from interested and qualified Respondents to provide: The City is undertaking a facility-wide painting and restoration project at both the Central and South Wastewater Treatment Plants to improve overall appearance, consistency, and long-term durability. This effort will create a fresh, uniform look across both sites, enhancing presentation and reinforcing a sense of cohesion between facilities. In addition to aesthetics, the project is focused on restoration and preservation. Work will include surface preparation, patching, stucco repairs, and protective coatings to address wear and extend the life of existing structures. By combining necessary repairs with a full repaint, the City is ensuring the facilities remain functional, well-maintained, and visually representative of the high standards of our operations.
