(1) Vendor needs to provide intranet platform will serve as a home base and support a cohesive digital workplace in support of healthcare's mission, vision, values and strategic plan.• Communicate the brand and its standards internally• Strengthen two–way, multichannel and targeted internal communication• Align, faculty, staff and learner (approved non–employee users) with organizational objectives• Foster collaboration, innovation and efficiency• Increase employee and learner engagement and retention• Measure performance of communication activities– The platform should offer solutions to include:• Implementation strategy (including usability testing)• Technical design for optimal integration• Visual design (standardized, customizable templatization)• Search implementation/optimization• Responsive, mobile–friendly approach optimized for desktop and mobile devices (iOS and Android)• Single sign–on with credential pass–through– The Loop, an internally focused website and corporate communications platform, using a third–party intranet provider. The Loop serves to connect employees across the enterprise and provide a sense of shared community and culture, while allowing targeted communications to relevant segmented audience.(2) All question must be submitted no later than July 16, 2026.
