Vendor needs to provide inbound and outbound telemarketing services.                    – To provide a highly professional service in both execution and administration, across a range of campaigns, and in a manner that meets the business needs of the organisation within the specific campaign parameters and budget.• For inbound calls– Require daytime and out of hours service (24–7) across both jurisdictions• For outbound calls– To provide support on a variety of calling campaigns from Monday to Friday, including late evenings.• For inbound and outbound calls– Direct access to call recordings at any given time
