LEGAL-17427 - USA (Maple Valley, Washington) - Prosecutor Legal Services - Deadline August 31,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide prosecutor legal services to the government authority located in Maple Valley, WA.         – The prosecutor makes appropriate sentencing decisions and recommendations to the court; prepares motions and legal briefs as necessary; processes discovery requests; prepares subpoenas, jury instructions and other related documents.– The prosecutor appears at arraignments, pre–trial hearings, bench and jury trials, and review hearings.– The Prosecutor must be reasonably available for night and weekend (24/7) contact by police personnel.– The Prosecutor may occasionally be asked to provide training to police and staff.– An in–house attorney, who is responsible for and manages the legal affairs.(2) The contract period will be for two years.
