The City of Portsmouth is seeking an experienced and qualified firm or team of firms to respond to Project Title . Proposals will be accepted until Response Submission Time on Response Submission Date . Project work includes The City of Portsmouth, New Hampshire, acting through its Department of Public Works, issues this Request for Proposals (RFP) from qualified and experienced contractors to provide professional concrete repair services for the Bellamy Reservoir Dam (#D148013) located in Madbury, New Hampshire. To improve the condition of the drinking water supply dam and extend its longevity, areas of aggregate loss, abrasion wear and seepage through minor cracks of concrete must be restored. The scope of work includes patch repairs, and crack sealing of identified seepage and deterioration areas on the dam structure.
