(1) Vendor needs to provide cloud–based compensation management software. • Provide physician compensation management software with policy and procedure support.• Implement an automated, transparent, and scalable compensation management system.• Streamline integration with existing HR, payroll, and financial systems.• Provide policies and procedures that standardize physician compensation governance, oversight, and operational workflows.• Support organizational strategy, financial sustainability, and physician engagement.• Ability to manage multiple compensation models (e.g., base salary, collections, quality incentives, call pay, administrative stipends).• Customizable rules engine to support varied models across specialties.• Dashboards and reporting for finance, compliance, HR, and physician leadership.• Real–time tracking of productivity, quality, and incentive metrics.• Scenario modelling for new hires, contract renewals, and strategic planning.• Automated Fair Market Value (FMV) benchmarking and commercial reasonableness tools.• Audit trails and workflow approvals for compliance and legal review.• Seamless data integration, payroll, and financial platforms.• Role–based access and secure permissions for different stakeholders.(2) The contract period will be for one year. (3) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 8, 2026.
