(1) Vendor needs to provide cloud–based recreation management software.  – The recreation management platform provides necessary functions to make many of our processes efficient, convenient, and accessible for patrons.– Software solution shall provide an intuitive and user–friendly interface that enables staff to efficiently enter, manage, and customize data.– The system shall provide a mobile–friendly resident portal for program registration, facility reservations, and digital membership access.– These functions and services consist of program registrations, account management, POS systems, facility rentals, reservations, schedules, memberships, annual leasing, communication tools, payment processing and invoicing, and various reporting functions, among other ancillary support functions.– The system shall provide robust account management functionality, including the ability to apply discounts, special fees, and track household balances.– The software shall provide comprehensive reporting capabilities, including facility and program usage, attendance, bookings, and peak utilization.– The system shall employ strong data security measures, including encryption and controlled access to protect sensitive information.– Integration with websites and social media platforms shall support communication and promotion of programs and services.– The software shall support digital and physical membership cards for recreation centers and aquatic facilities.– Cloud–based administrative tools shall allow staff to manage operations remotely.– The software shall integrate with municipal finance and accounting platforms.– The solution shall include tools for surveys and public feedback collection.– Financial reporting shall support budgeting and revenue analysis.      – The system shall maintain all data within a secure data center. (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 07, 2026.
