Metrocare is seeking formal proposals for Project Title .Metrocare is seeking to engage a qualified LIHTC attorney to support our upcoming affordable housing development(s). The selected attorney will be responsible for advising on all legal aspects related to the Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) program, including entity structuring, eligibility analysis, application support, regulatory compliance, and review of partnership agreements. Experience working with public entities and supportive housing developments is strongly preferred.
