The Downtown Master Plan, the City’s Comprehensive Plan, and the Parks and Recreation Open Space Master Plan, will be guiding documents for this public/private partnership. The MFEDC is currently seeking Expressions of Interest (EOIs) from qualified developers for the purchase and development of the property located at 116 Avenue J, Marble Falls, TX.
