City of Marble Falls Water Treatment Plant - Engineering Feasibility Study RFQ

The City of Marble Falls is seeking Submittal of Qualifications (SOQs) from interested firms to conduct a feasibility study for an existing 4.8 million gallon per day (MGD) Water Treatment Plant (WTP), located at 2502 Circle Drive, Marble Falls, TX 78654. The study should analyze the existing conditions of WTP, the existing water system as it relates to the operations of the WTP, and multiple options for improvements that could be made to increase capacity from 4.8 MGD to 6.2 MGD. In addition to the feasibility study, the City would like to pursue grant funding opportunities for the design and construction of proposed improvements beyond the feasibility study. Details of anticipated services can be found below under the “Anticipated Services” section. A non-mandatory pre-proposal conference for the RFQ will be held on September 11, 2025, at 2:30 PM CST virtually through Microsoft Teams. Attendance at the pre-submittal meeting is encouraged but not required. Submittals for the RFQ will be received online through OpenGOV until September 29, 2025, at 10:00 PM CST.
