Carlton Monitor Wells

What is the solicitation method? The County requires a contractor to provide the installation of four (4) chloride trigger level monitoring wells and the abandonment of an existing monitor well. The County anticipates awarding a Construction Contract to run the duration of the project. Refer to the Solicitation Documents and Attachments section for minimum qualifications, scope/specifications, and insurance requirements.
