Description
Construct one (1) monitoring well in the City of Desert Hot Springs, located on the east side of La Mesa Drive, approximately 150’ south of Hacienda Drive, on APN 641-203-023. The work includes constructing one (1) 4-inch Schedule 80 PVC monitoring well and installing monitoring well appurtenances and surface monument with concrete pad, protective bollards. In addition, the scope includes, as a bid alternative, demolishing the existing Well No. 11 at the same site due to a failure of the well casing.
