(1) Vendor needs to provide cloud–based telephony phone system.     – Preparing to replace its on–premises Mitel telephony platform with a modern, cloud–based unified communications as a service (UCaaS) solution. – Gathering end–user information to be used in programming the new system.– Provide the capability to expand the services a telephone system.– Provide uninterrupted and continuous service.– Connecting the system and programming the system to external paging and intercom systems.– To replace outdated equipment which can no longer be adequately serviced.– To perform all the tasks necessary to implement a telephone system solution.– Provide on–site “post–cutover” support.– Must include annual web–based administration and analytics.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 08, 2026.
