MEMORANDUM TO: Company Addressed DATE: Project Release Date FROM: Santa Rosa County Procurement Office SUBJECT: Project ID Project Title Notice is hereby given that the Santa Rosa County Board of County Commissioners is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide services to monitor and manage disaster debris collection for the County. The Contractor is expected to be highly knowledgeable in Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) and Federal Highway Administration regulations, guidelines, and operating policies. The Contractor will also serve as an advisor and support the County through a disaster recovery effort. It is the intent of the County to enter into a one (1) year term contract with the option of a one (1) year renewal to the successful proposer. Responses may be received up to but not later than Proposal Submission Time on Proposal Submission Date , at which time will be opened in Teams. Without exception, responses will not be accepted after the submission deadline regardless of any technical difficulties such as poor internet connections.
