FIRE-1790 - USA (Dover, Delaware) - False Alarm Reduction Services - Deadline August 20,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide false alarm reduction services to the government authority located in Dover, DE.  – Provide comprehensive false alarm reduction services supporting the administration and enforcement of security system registration and false alarm requirements.– Provide staffing, software, system administration, customer support, reporting, training, and related services necessary to operate and maintain a statewide false alarm reduction program.– Provide staffing, software, hosting, customer support, registration management, billing, collections, reporting, training, and system administration services.– Improve compliance with security system registration requirements.– Reduce false alarm occurrences through administration and education.– Improve operational efficiency of registration and billing activities.(2) The contract period will be for three years.   (3) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 5, 2026.
