Description

The Regional Bicycle & Pedestrian Data Collection Project will collect bicycle and pedestrian volume data in the following counties: El Dorado, Placer, Sacramento, Sutter, Yolo, and Yuba. SACOG requests proposals of equipment, software, technology, and/or procedural innovations that will accurately and efficiently count people biking and walking at on- and off-road locations. SACOG expects to provide planning partners with proposed solution(s) and any training materials developed as a result of this RFP to launch local active transportation data collection programs on or before April 30, 2020.
