Facility Needs Assessment Services

The City desires to pre-qualify a maximum of one outside organization and obtain services to help the City with a Facility Needs Assessment of the City office space for most of its departments currently located in City Hall and off-site. In an effort to maximize the usable square footage of leased office space, the City of Pasadena would like to conduct a Facilities Needs Assessment to collect information to determine a consolidation plan for City employees both at City Hall and off-site of City Hall at various locations, some not owned by the City. The assessment should consider the usable square footage of occupied office space at City Hall, at properties owned by the City, and at properties currently leased by the City (approximately 70,000 SF). The assessment should recommend a realistic square footage per employee category, and cost-effectively consolidate the office space used within City Hall and at a minimum number of other locations.
