INSU-6149 - USA (San Diego, California) - Property Insurance Services - Deadline July 23,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide property insurance services to the government authority located in San Diego, CA.• Contractor shall acquire insurance for probate court appointed real property upon request.• Contractor shall provide PAPG a copy of insurance policy (binder).• Contractor shall provide evidence of property insurance via scanned PDF file attached to confirming e–mail.• Contractor shall provide insurance for all types of residential or commercial properties that are vacant or occupied. Properties may be in differing conditions.• Contractor shall issue invoices the month prior to effective renewal.• Contractor shall acquire liability insurance on unimproved land that is without any structures.(2) All question must be submitted no later than July 07, 2026.(3) A contract period will be for one year.
