John Deere Construction Equipment, Parts, Service and Repair

The City of Pasadena, Department of Public Works (Building Systems & Fleet Management Division) is seeking a qualified vendor to furnish and provide both John Deere Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) parts, supplies, and accessories and John Deere Construction Equipment Service & Repair of City-owned equipment. Orders for parts are typically placed approximately one (1) one time per month in various quantities; see Bid Table section for an estimate of annual quantities purchased. City reserves the right to change order/delivery frequency as needed at no additional cost. The contract term is for five (5) years.
