– Vendor needs to provide direct hire recruitment services to the government authority located in Michigan. – Provide full–service direct hire recruitment and Employer of Record (EOR) and payroll services for primarily full–time and part–time hourly positions, with occasional recruitment for salaried leadership and administrative roles.– Primary Positions include:• Direct Support Professionals (DSPs).• DSP Leads.• Job Coaches.• Field Job Coaches.– Services Shall include:• Candidate sourcing and recruitment.• Room for customized phone screening using hiring criteria.• Reference, background, and driving record checks (as applicable).• Interview coordination with HR.• Payroll administration and employment compliance (EOR).• Regular communication with HR.
