HVAC and Energy Management System (EMS) Services

The purpose of this solicitation is to obtain competitive quotes from qualified firms to provide preventative maintenance, repairs, and emergency services for the effective and economical operation of its Heating Ventilating and Air Conditioning equipment/systems and TAC Vista / Xenta Energy Management System (EMS), and the Automated Logic EMS system. This is a Full Service/Responsibility Contract. Contractor shall provide 100% coverage for all labor, parts and equipment, and a comprehensive preventative maintenance plan for all covered equipment and emergency services.
