(1) Vendor needs to provide workforce and purpose alignment initiative service to the government authority located in Jefferson City, MO. – The workforce and purpose alignment initiative is to engage a qualified health economist to facilitate alignment of program, service, and resources for maximum health impact and responsible stewardship of public funds; to ensure decisions and investments are strategically guided.– The contractor may utilize employee workgroups, interviews, or other means of collaboration with the department’s employees to meet this deliverable.– Core services include disease and injury prevention, food and nutrition services, environmental health services, maternal and child health services, senior and disability services, vital records and statistics, and emergency preparedness and response.– Information gathering may occur in person or virtually, with some in person facilitation being highly desired.       – Providing health economics and health systems transformation consultation or expertise.(2) The contract period will be for one year.
