Description
The City of Norfolk (“City”) seeks a qualified consulting firm (“Contractor”) to provide technical assistance support and programming (“services”) to local early-stage and aspiring 501(c)3 organizations. The Contractor shall provide the services in two distinct ways: the first will be direct assistance to aspiring 501(c)3 organizations so they may apply for and acquire nonprofit legal status recognized by the Commonwealth of Virginia and the Internal Revenue Service; and second, to deliver a set of classes with instruction targeted toward growing the capacity and capability of early-stage nonprofits.
