New Jersey Local Highway Safety Improvement Program (HSIP) Assistance

The Delaware Valley Regional Planning Commission (DVRPC) is seeking proposals from qualified firms to assist member counties and cities on an as-needed basis with studies and/or analysis in support of Local Safety Program (LSP) applications. This program is funded by the federal Highway Safety Improvement Program (HSIP). These analyses may include (but are not limited to), Highway Safety Manual (HSM) benefit-cost analysis for proposed safety improvements, crash analysis, signal warrant analysis, lighting analysis, conceptual layouts of proposed safety improvements based on recommendations from road safety audits, or other safety studies, or identified by member counties and cities, as needed in order to fully develop applications for the Local Safety Program. The DVRPC invites all qualified firms with experience in this area to submit proposals for this project.
