(1) Vendor needs to provide cloud–based electronic documentation system. • Secure, cloud–based, comprehensive electronic documentation system for school nursing services that all public schools may use in a paperless, uniform, complete, confidential manner.• Integrate demographic student data from school information systems (e.g., PowerSchool, Infinite Campus, etc.).• Support secure electronic data exchange and interoperability with approved external healthcare, billing, and reporting systems.• Support future integration capabilities with additional State–approved systems and services without replacement of the core solution.• Support configurable automated notifications and communications related to screenings, immunizations, referrals, and other student health activities.• Support configurable data validation rules and required–field controls to improve data quality and reduce incomplete or inaccurate documentation• Support the ability for users to partially complete records or forms, save progress, and resume work at a later time.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 8, 2026.
