Vendor needs to provide family court with legal counsel services to the government authority located in Honolulu, HI.• To manage and provide legal counsel services.• The court process to the client, including but not limited to jurisdiction, disposition, family supervision, foster custody, permanent custody service plans, permanent plans, termination of parental rights, transition plans, case plans, and voluntary placement agreements.• Attend court hearing on behalf of clients and keep clients informed of all proceedings.• Prepare and file motions for reconsideration and motions to set aside defaults, and other appropriate motions.• Attend all meetings regarding a client’s case and represent the client’s interest.• Cooperate and communicate regularly with other professionals in the case.• Provide the client with contact information in writing and establish a message system that allows regular attorney–client contact.
