(1) Vendor needs to provide advanced planning services for individuals to the government authority located in Delaware.– Provide advance planning and other legal decision–making planning for agency recipients– Develop advance planning directives and other legal decision–making documents that will support choice and autonomy in decision–making, as well as promote access to care.– Community inclusion and participation in activities that are important to service recipients– Employment (applicable core indicator: the proportion of people who express they want a job who have a related goal in their service)(2) A non–mandatory pre–bid meeting will be held on July 21, 2026.(3) All questions must be submitted no later than July 7, 2026.(4) The contract period will be for one year.
