(1) Vendor needs to provide integrated resource plan service to the government authority located in Springfield, IL. • Load forecasting:– Vendor shall develop a complete series of load forecasts for a 20–year forward period that reflect multiple scenarios.– Load forecasts shall utilize varying assumptions regarding electrification, economic growth, new regulation, and major new customers, to an extent which is sufficient for capacity planning.• Modeling and Analysis:– Vendor shall develop complete and accurate computer models for study and analysis of the developed scenarios.• Public Engagement: Vendor shall develop a comprehensive public engagement plan.– Vendor shall be responsible for all arrangements and facilitation for public meetings, including venue, logistics, scheduling, meeting format, materials, agendas, and audiovisual and recording services.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 10, 2026.
