Mesa Unified School District #4 (“District”) is seeking the services of a qualified and experienced contractor to provide, install, and maintain a live bacteria delivery drain treatment system, according to the terms, conditions, and specifications of this solicitation. Prices submitted shall be fixed unit pricing and include all equipment, materials, labor required to maintain drain systems at various Mesa school locations. There will be no public opening of the responses received for this solicitation. Results of this solicitation will be available on OpenGov.com after an award is made.
