LEGAL-17419 - USA (Utah) - Administrative Law Judge Services - Deadline August 31,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide administrative law judge services to the government authority located in Utah.– An attorney with experience and expertise with administrative or quasi–judicial proceedings to fill a position as an ALJ– ALJ will hear and determine primarily matters related to animal control and parking, but the ALJ may hear additional types of cases at the discretion of the County– ALJ will review documents submitted, conduct hearings, and draft formal decisions. – Hearings will be scheduled once per month, absent unusual circumstances, on a date and time agreed upon by the ALJ and the County.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than August 14, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for one year.
