Vendor needs to provide audiologist service to the government authority located in West Nyack, NY.                            – For services of speech and language testing of preschool and school aged students.• Conduct hearing evaluations• Provide consultation in regard to the selection, purchase, installation, maintenance, calibration checking and utilization of audiological equipment• Provide training about hearing, hearing loss, and other auditory disorders for school personnel, students, and parents to facilitate a better understanding of the impact of auditory impairments on language, learning, literacy, and social development• Provides educationally relevant interpretation of audiological findings• Assess classroom acoustics and make recommendations to improve classroom listening environments• Evaluate and make recommendations for personal hearing instruments, classroom, and other hearing assistive technology• Provide training to perform listening checks and basic trouble shooting to maintain proper functioning of personal hearing instruments and hearing assistance technology.• Evaluate and make recommendations for the use of hearing aids, cochlear implants, Bahas and personal, classroom and other hearing assistive technology.
