CLEANING-12762 - USA (Hartford, Connecticut) - Custodial Services - Deadline June 24,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide custodial services to the government authority located in Hartford, CT.                                – Monitor Contractor Parties arrival and departure or utilize a remote timekeeping system for monitoring Contractor Parties real–time arrival and departure from the Site. – Provide backup Contractor Parties if the primary Contractor Party or the on–Site supervisor is unable to Perform the Services. Backup Contractor Parties shall arrive no later than one hour after the scheduled start time. – Conduct monthly Site inspections. – Develop and provide the Contractor Parties and the Client Agency an outline of required tasks and the necessary training to successfully complete each task. (2) All questions must be submitted no later than June 18, 2026.(3) The contract period will be three years.
