(1) Vendor needs to provide computerized maintenance management system.– Provide a unified, centralized view of maintenance operations across all institutions without centralizing day–to–day operations allowing authorized users with higher clearance to access consolidated reports, ensure visibility, and support improved oversight and consistency across locations.– Enhance operational efficiency and resource utilization by automating work order management, preventive maintenance scheduling, and asset tracking.– Create and execute a secure migration plan for historical data from legacy systems.– Provide robust reporting, analytics, and mobile access for field staff.– Support integration with other enterprise systems.– Enable centralized management and visibility across all facilities.– Challenges include reliance on manual workarounds, duplicate data entry, inconsistent workflows between facilities, limited real–time visibility into asset condition and maintenance status, and difficulty tracking labor, materials, and maintenance history.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than July 14, 2026.
