(1) Vendor needs to provide professional planning services to the government authority located in Mountain View, CO.– Professional planning support to assist with development review, zoning interpretation, code administration, public hearing support, policy analysis, and updates to land use regulations.– Capable of delivering comprehensive, tiered planning support to ensure effective day–to–day operations, project review, and advanced land use analysis.– Preliminary review of permit and development applications for completeness and code compliance.– Advanced planning and code management.– Research and analysis of land use issues, procedural issues, and best practices for implementation.– Long–range and project planning.– Research and recommendations regarding housing, redevelopment, economic development, and infill issues.– Applicant and public communication.– Administrative record of services: A comprehensive administrative record of services performed, including written recommendations, review comments, and hearing materials.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than August 10,2026.(3) The contract period will be for one year.
