Description
The Urbana Free Library will be receiving bids in hard copy form for single prime contract for interior improvements to the library. The project is minor interior renovation work for select areas of the Urbana Free Library, including the Circulation workroom on the 1st Floor, children's reading room "Megan's Room" on lower level, and finish improvements in first floor public areas. Work includes selective demolition, framing and drywall, interior finishes, electrical, HVAC, and minor technology, plumbing and fire protection work.
