Urbana Free Library Landscape Upgrade

The Urbana Free Library is seeking proposals to upgrade the planting beds around the Library as designated on the landscape plan. The proposer shall include a schedule of work to be performed and include all labor, materials and equipment costs necessary to remove and/or transplant existing plants; prepare and amend the soil (add new soil where necessary); and install the new plants, shrubs and trees, according to the Library's landscape plan. All planting areas shall be mulched. Additionally, three trees need to be removed with two being replaced with a different variety. This project requires compliance with the Illinois Department of Labor prevailing wage rates for Champaign County, Illinois.
