EXTRA-73349 - USA (Phoenix, Arizona) - Environmental Lab Services - Deadline August 11,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide environmental lab services to the government authority located in Phoenix, AZ.– The Contractor will provide all labor, supplies, materials, professional equipment, transport, tools and supervision necessary to perform laboratory testing services– Contractor must posses ability to perform rush testing, Level 4 data package requests, and hazardous waste/sample disposal– The City reserves the right to add, change or delete quantities or analyses as circumstances including licensing and regulatory requirements may require– Contractor must meet the laboratory licensure requirements as required by Arizona Revised Statutes Section 36–495 et. seq. for all compliance–related testing– The Contractor must promptly notify the City Project Manager of any censure, fine, revocation, or any investigation by any certifying agency including, but not limited to, Arizona Department of Health Services or the United States Environmental Protection Agency(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 31, 2026(4) Pre–Offer Conference Non–Mandatory will be held on July 28, 2026
