It is the intent of this RFP to solicit sealed proposals from qualified firms to establish a contract for providing Flexible Spending Account (FSA) Administration for benefited, full-time Frederick County Public Schools (FCPS) employees and their dependents in accordance with the terms, conditions, and specifications of this solicitation. Additionally, FCPS is looking to potentially expand the scope of this contract to include COBRA Administration.
